The Graduate School at Kansas State University asked the Office of Mediated Education to help convert their paper forms to a digital format. In addition, they wanted to add workflow management for faculty and staff and enable the students to track the progress of the forms. Our team used the Decisions automation platform to handle the data and workflows, and we built a custom Python application to handle the user-facing dashboard and forms. I worked closely with the back-end developers and a user experience researcher to design and build the project front end.
